Tenolig Tablet

This tablet is indicated for the treatment and prevention of:

• Tendinopathy
• Ligament Injuries
• Frozen shoulder
• Joint Immobility and Rigidity
• Strenuous Exercise and Sports Injury
• Osteoarthritis
• Pain & Inflammation Associated with Musculoskeletal & Joint Disease

Each tablet contains-

• Collagen Type-I (as Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptide) 40 mg
• Chondroitin Sulfate (as Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium USP) 200 mg
• Sodium Hyaluronate BP 30 mg
• L-Arginine USP 500 mg
• Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid USP) 12.5 mg

Collagen Type-I: Stimulates New Collagen Synthesis
L-Arginine: Improves Blood Flow & Angiogenesis
Sodium Hyaluronate: Reduces Friction & Pain
Chondroitin Sulfate: Maintains Tensile Strength
Vitamin C: Helps in Collagen Maturation

Orally, 2-3 tablets daily with water before or after meal or as directed by the physician.

Caution should be practiced when given concomitantly with Anticoagulants, Antiplatelet Drugs, Diuretics, Hormones, birth control pills and Nitroglycerin. May interacts with herbal medicines such as Ginkgo biloba, Garlic and Saw palmetto.

Hypersensitivity to Collagen Type-, Chondroitin Sulfate, Sodium Hyaluronate, L-Arginine, and Vitamin C. It is also contraindicated in patients under 18 years of age. High doses of Vitamin C may increase the risk of kidney stones. L-Arginine, and Chondroitin Sulfate should be used with caution in patients with bleeding disorders. Fluctuations in blood pressure may occur due to L-Arginine and Chondroitin Sulfate. Dose adjustments of antidiabetic medications may be necessary for diabetic patients.

Generally well-tolerated at the recommended dose. Occasionally, stomach discomfort, asthma, flushing or redness of skin, increased urination may occur.
